Aged in stainless steel, it’s well-structured with light acidity and subtle tannins. Can develop in the bottle for many years and pairs wonderfully with pastas, white meats and medium-aged cheese.

A blend of 64% Syrah, 23% Grenache, 7% Petite Syrah and 6% Viogner. It’s co-fermented with Viogner and the Syrah expresses violet, tar and rich earth while the Petitie Sirah brings chewy bitter chocolate and the Grenache keeps it bright and juicy. Full-bodied and fleshy, it’s dark, brooding yet silky and smooth.
